Success and Shortfalls: What Xerox Services is learning as it
adopts new marketing technologies to drive revenue
From social media to online lead generation, new and more
pervasive marketing technologies are replacing established tactics
in the marketing operations toolbox.
Join Laura Ramos, Vice President of Industry Marketing for Xerox
Document Services in North America, in a candid discussion about
the lessons learned rolling out social media, lead management
automation, and guided selling tools in an organization where sales
coverage runs the gamut from geography to industry. Laura will also
present a checklist of the key 'gotchas' that marketers should
watch out for when implementing new technologies. Ramos will
demonstrate through her experience with Xerox, why sometimes
people, process, and change management might be more important than
technology adoption and evolution.
