Rich Meeusen Bio
Richard A. (Rich) Meeusen has been the President of Badger Meter
Inc. since November 2001 and Chief Executive Officer since 2002.
Mr. Meeusen has been Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of Badger Meter since 1995. Mr. Meeusen served as the
President, Executive Vice President - Administration and Vice
President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of
Badger Meter Inc.
Mr. Meeusen has an extensive public accounting experience with
an emphasis ... in audit, specializing in banks and other financial
institutions. He serves as the Chairman of Milwaukee Public Museum,
Inc. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Badger Meter Inc.
since April 23, 2004 and its Director since 2001. He serves as a
Director of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. Mr.
Meeusen serves as a Director of Menasha Corporation and First
Wisconsin Bank and Trust. He served as a Director of GDI Global
Data Inc. until September 6, 2003. He served as a Director of State
Financial Services Corp. since July 25, 2003 and also for its
subsidiary, State Financial Bank NA since July 25, 2003.
Mr. Meeusen is also a Member of the Wisconsin and American
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He serves President of
the Boy Scouts of America, Milwaukee County Council. He received
his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 1978. Mr. Meeusen
received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1976 and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate
School of Management at Northwestern University in 1995.
