The feature program, Bridging the Sales-Marketing Gap, will feature CareerBuilder.com's Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Jason Ferrara, as he shares how creating a strong sales-marketing partnership played a key role in CareerBuilder becoming the largest online employment site in less than 5 years.  Ferrara will explain how CareerBuilder developed its B2B marketing function into what it is today, as well as discuss the importance of using your brand, the benefits of regular corporate e-mails and nurturing the relationship between marketers and their sales force.
